UK public service delivery models are increasingly extending choice and control to individuals and communities, placing the service user at the centre of decision making.

 

Providers have to understand their user communities better, whilst offering more efficient and flexible services. The users of services expect more, in terms of quality, responsiveness and how their particular needs are met.

 

Effective engagement with service users, providers and strategic decision-makers is therefore critical, and MLR>> have a track record in gathering and then translating ‘needs’ into policy relevant recommendations for change.
