5 'FAST FACTS':
i. Between 2011 and 2014, 85 FWW projects were awarded a total of £7,093,600 in HLF grants.
ii. Leeds received the most awards (11) between 2011 and 2014, although Kirklees received the highest number of awards (8) in a single year, 2014.
iii. Grant values ranged from £3,100 (awarded to the ‘Battle of Britain Parade’, Rotherham in 2014) to £1,241,700 (awarded to the ‘York Castle Museum - Development 3, Changing
Spaces’ project in 2013).
iv. 59% of the grants were awarded in 2014, which equates to 50 of the 85 projects.
v. York, Richmondshire and Doncaster Local Authority areas encompass 70.8% (£5,021,100) of the total grants awarded.
