Mental Health Needs Assessment (MHNA) - Adopted Children & Young People

  • A MHNA was conducted across Cheshire East by MLR between January & April 2016. This included journey mapping workshops and interviews with parents/carers of adopted children.
  • Presentation of findings is taking place in June & July 2016, across the borough. 
  • The MHNA webpage provides access to infographics, reports, presentations & research materials. 

 

 

Tom Harrison House (THH) Monitoring & Evaluation

  • An independent evaluation of Tom Harrison House (a specialist facility providing addiction treatment exclusively to military veterans, reservists, emergency personnel, and their families) was conducted by Michael Lloyd Research and VoiceBox Inc from October 2014 through to July 2015.
  • From December 2015 a new impact monitoring project has been undertaken by MLR.
  • The THH Evaluation webpage provides access to Evaluation Papers, presentations, research materials and signposting links to relevant research. 

 

 

Natural Heritage Mapping - Heritage Lottery fund (HLF)

  • MLR are working with Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) Yorkshire and Humber team to map and analyse HLF natural heritage projects, to support the 'Yorkshire's Back Garden' initiative.
  • On this Resource Page there is an interactive map of the projects funded, and analysis of the distribution of grants.

Appreciative Inquiry (AI) of Nursing Support for Children with Nursing Needs

  • As part of the first 'phase' of this review, MLR and VoiceBox Inc engaged with service users (parents, guardians, carers), nursing staff and stakeholders to find out what works well in Cheshire and how to make this happen more often.
  • The Resource Page was used to sign-post participants to activities taking place locally and provided access to key documents.
  • The page was updated from June 2015 through to end of October 2015, as the Appreciative Inquiry developed. The final reporting and presentations are accessible.
